CLUTCH PLAY is a skill-based competitive gaming platform. Participation in real-money tournaments is only available in jurisdictions where such activity is expressly permitted under applicable law.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that participation is lawful in your state or jurisdiction before depositing funds or entering any paid tournament.
1. RESTRICTED U.S. STATES
Real-money skill gaming is not available to users physically located in the following U.S. states. Users in these states may use the Platform in free-play mode only:

2. PERMITTED JURISDICTIONS
Real-money skill-based competitive gaming is currently available to users located in all U.S. states and territories not listed above, subject to the following conditions:
User is 18 years of age or older.
User is physically located within a permitted jurisdiction at the time of play.
User has not previously been banned or restricted from the Platform.
User's account has passed identity verification requirements.
3. INTERNATIONAL USERS
CLUTCH PLAY is currently designed for U.S.-based players. International availability is limited. Users outside the United States access the Platform at their own legal risk. Empty Agenda LLC makes no representation that the Platform's services are appropriate or legally available in any specific international jurisdiction.
International users are responsible for compliance with local laws, including any restrictions on competitive gaming, skill contests, or online payments.
4. GEOGRAPHIC ENFORCEMENT
CLUTCH PLAY employs automated geo-fencing technology to detect user locations at the point of registration and during active sessions. Users who attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxy servers, or other means will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
Geographic restriction enforcement is performed server-side. Location data is used solely for eligibility verification and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
5. REGULATORY CHANGES
Skill gaming regulations vary by jurisdiction and are subject to legislative change. Empty Agenda LLC reserves the right to add or remove jurisdictions from this list at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically for updates.
If your jurisdiction becomes restricted while you have an active balance, you will be notified and given a 30-day window to withdraw available funds before real-money features are disabled on your account.
